The Shocking Truth
About Five Foods You Eat Every Week That Are
Making You Fat (and leading to health issues)...
Read the article
below and learn how cutting them out can help
you to lose a bit of belly fat every single day
without exercise!
I know I know. The
thought of losing weight without having to
exercise sounds too good to be true. But that’s
because we have been fed a pack of lies that are
making us fat and putting weight on the wallets of
those selling us high profit foods, diet programs
and gimmicky fitness equipment.
The truth is I’ve seen
the light and I’m p**sed off. This article is my
way of helping others see the light too and
realise that they don’t need to feel
overweight, unattractive to their partners (or
prospective partners) and low in energy. Not when
there is an easy alternative that doesn’t require
hours on the treadmill in order to shed that ugly
excess body fat.
Brace yourself. You’re
about to learn the shocking truth about the
average diet that is slowly killing most of the
Western world...
These Appalling
Statistics Prove Why So Many Of Us Feel Ugly And
Overweight...
If you don’t regularly
exercise and are not blessed with “skinny”
genetics you are probably overweight. I can
say that with confidence because, well, the
statistics prove it...
A study funded by the
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World
Health Organisation found that over 68% of
Americans were overweight (Source: ibtimes.com)
This is compared to 63.1% in 2009 (Source:
Webmd.com)
In other words the
majority of Americans (and Western countries who
follow the same diet) are overweight and the
numbers are rapidly rising. Those who are not
overweight are those who exercise, are lucky
enough to have good genes, are young enough to
keep the pounds off or...
...those who do NOT
follow the average diet that most of us have been
tricked into believing is the right way to eat.
Currently, the average
adult eating a typical modern western diet in
countries such as the US, Canada, Britain,
Australia, etc consumes approximately 67% of their total caloric
intake from
only 3 foods
-- CORN, SOY, AND WHEAT (and their derivatives).
What would be
considered a reasonably healthy amount of corn,
soy, and wheat in the human diet? Based on
hundreds of thousands of years of human history,
and what the natural diet of our ancestors was
(indicating what our digestive systems are still
programmed to digest most effectively), this would
probably be in the range of about 1% to 4% MAX.
In other words we
should be getting 1-4% of our total calories from
these three sources. But we are getting 67%. And
this results in fat gain.
Quite simply the
human digestive system was never meant to
consume these substances in such MASSIVE
quantities.
Keep in mind that
these massively high levels of corn, soy, and
wheat in our modern human diet is a relatively new
phenomenon that originated from the economics of the multi-billion
dollar corn, soy, and wheat industries. It
really HAS been all about the money... NOT about
our health!
The processed food
industry is big, big bucks. They make a fortune
selling us quick, easy and tasty foods. But these
are the foods that are making us feel ugly and
look overweight.
Here’s a handful of
foods that your body will struggle to digest
properly without fat gain:
- Bread
- Oatmeal
- Cereals
- Peanuts or peanut
butter
- “Healthy”
microwaveable meals
- Pasta
- Fruit juice
- And many more.
Do you have any of
these regularly? If so you are on a one way ticket
to unattractive belly fat (maybe you’ve already
arrived!) if you eat these and do not exercise.
It’s not just the
above foods that cause problems. Think about how
many processed foods we have that are either fried
in soybean or corn oil... and even if the foods
are not fried in these oils, these oils are
additives to almost every processed food... chips,
candies, cakes, salad dressings, tomato sauces,
burrito wraps, corn chips, breaded chicken, etc,
etc.
Quite frankly it’s
scary how misinformed we are about food and the
damage it does to us (in order to make others
rich).
Here’s The Reason
Why Those Foods Make You
Fat And Keep You Fat - Insulin!
Now I don’t want this
to turn into a biology lesson. The truth is you
don’t need to know why these foods make
people overweight in order to use this information
to shed belly fat. However I do want to briefly
cover the science behind this expose in order for
you to see that this is based in science and not
some fad diet program.
Excessive insulin in
our bodies is one of the main things that stops us
from burning body fat. And when we eat corn, soy
or wheat based products like pasta, bread,
muffins, cakes and so on our insulin level is
spiked. Our bodies then burn the sugar in the
food we have just eaten and this is where we get
our energy from - sugar burning.
Now for the important
bit...
If you are solely
burning sugar for energy you are, in the main, not
burning body fat for energy. In other words if you
burn the sugar in the food for energy, rather than
the stored fat in your body for energy, you will
keep the stored fat.
Let me say that
again...
If you get your energy
from sugar in foods you eat, rather than from fat
on your body, you will keep putting on weight
every single day. Slowly but surely you will get
more and more fat (unless of course you exercise
heavily every day. But who wants to spend hours on
a treadmill after a long day at work? Not me and
probably not you!).
On the other hand...
If you avoid foods
like bread, pasta, cakes etc and focus on eating
meat, vegetables and other food sources that do
not contain corn, soy and wheat your body will
become a fat burner rather than a sugar burner.
Now there is a little
more to it than that. But that is the easiest way
to explain it without going into too much boring,
scientific details.
And That Is How You
Lose Weight Without Exercise!
Now don’t get me
wrong. You
should
do some form of exercise (even if it’s just
walking around the block a few times a week)
because exercise has many benefits and will also
speed up the weight loss process. It will lower
your stress levels, keep your heart and lungs
healthy and more. Exercise is for everyone.
The point is you don’t
have to exercise to lose
fat. You’ve been fed a lie by the food companies
and fitness companies who make astonishing amounts
of money selling cheap, processed foods (that have
ingredients in them that are nearly as addictive
as crack!) or by selling you “ab toners” and other
crazy equipment that you don’t need.
Look, I understand
that for many people the thought of cutting out
cereal, bread, fries, potato chips and more seems
like one of the worst things in the world. How
could you live without your lunchtime sandwich?
How could you survive without fries at dinner
time?
My advice - try it.
No one is holding a
gun to your head and saying “You can never eat
fries again!”. Of course you can. But my advice is
to test this way of eating and then make your own
decision as whether or not it makes you feel and look better (which it
will).
You may be asking
yourself questions like:
1. Can I eat bread,
pasta, fries etc at all? (Yes. But in a certain
way).
2. How long should I
test this way of eating for? (It doesn’t take long
at all. There is an exact amount of days though
for a specific reason)
3. Exactly how much
belly fat can I expect to lose? (I was amazed.
It’s more than you probably think)
